The responsible company depends on the country concerned by your enquiry, not the selected website language. The website does not assign a company to your enquiry based on your IP address.

2. Data We Collect

The contact form asks for your name, email address and consent. Your phone number and message are optional. The form also sends the selected language.

To access the detailed assessment result and request an email summary, we ask for your name, email address and consent; company and role are optional. We process your answers and calculated result together with these details and the selected language.

When you use the chat, we send your message, conversation history, selected language and a session identifier to generate a reply. Please do not send sensitive data or confidential business information in the chat.

Google Analytics only loads if it is configured and you give analytics consent. It may then send usage data to Google, such as pages visited and device information.

3. Purpose of Processing

We use your data to handle your enquiry, calculate and send your assessment result, and generate chat replies. With your consent, analytics helps us understand website usage. We also use request IP addresses to limit the frequency of requests to the forms and chat.

4. Legal Basis

The contact and assessment forms ask for your consent before submission to handle your enquiry or send the summary. Optional analytics has separate consent in the cookie banner, which you can change through the cookie preferences in the footer. Declining analytics does not disable the forms or chat.

5. Data Sharing

The contact and assessment forms use separate n8n workflows to send an internal notification and an email to you. The chat uses n8n and OpenAI to generate replies; OpenAI receives message content and conversation history. If analytics is configured and you accept it, Google receives usage data.

6. Data Retention

The n8n workflows are configured not to save data from successful or failed executions. This does not delete messages and assessment summaries sent by email, which remain in the relevant mailboxes. It also does not determine how long service providers retain data. You can request deletion through our contact page.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data; rectify inaccurate data; request deletion of your data; object to processing; request restriction of processing; and data portability.

8. Security

We validate submitted data and limit request frequency on the forms and chat to reduce misuse. These measures do not guarantee absolute security.
